Jeffrey is a seasoned entrepreneur, imagineer and serial investor with strong financial, business development, marketing and leadership skills. With over 30 years’ experience as a principal, senior executive and investor in both public and private enterprises, Jeffrey has established a successful track record in Information Technology, Real Estate, Logistics and Entertainment working in the UK, USA and Europe.

Between 1983 and 1997 Jeffrey held senior roles in logistics and technology delivering solutions across Europe and the USA. In 1997, Jeffrey returned to the UK where he acquired an 800-year old estate in Wiltshire, known as Hartham Park, and quickly established one of the first commercial incubators in the UK. Over the last twenty years since back in the UK Jeff has formed numerous successful businesses including local companies such as, Ark Data Centres in Corsham to deliver agile, scalable and modular infrastructure at the lower cost of occupation and highest environmental performance. In 2012 he co-founded Skyscape Cloud Services now trading as UKCloud Limited, category defining cloud service provider for UK government and public sector; and in 2013 he co-founded Corsham Institute, a beyond profit organisation formed to better understand and explore the opportunities and challenges of a highly connected society.

An acknowledged contributor to social issues and economic development Jeffrey ‘s current business interests are numerous. A visionary commentator on all things digital, Jeffrey seeks to amplify the art of the possible through research and education initiatives and accelerating positive disruption through new services and enterprise models

Jeffrey lives in Wiltshire with his wife, Jennifer and their children and works closely with his two older sons, Sam and Oli.
